Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed before 4:00pm PST are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (we do not ship Saturdays or Sundays). We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if we foresee any delays with your shipment. Orders may be shipped FedEx Ground, FedEx Two Day, FedEx Standard Overnight to a street address in the United States. We currently cannot ship outside the United States, to P.O. Boxes or to APO/IPO addresses. Orders must be placed before 10:00am PST to be processed for overnight delivery. All orders received after 10:00am PST will be processed the next business day. Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance of the receipt date, and may be made only by telephone. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of package, shipping address and the shipping method.
Privacy & Security
The Conservatory for Coffee, Tea, and Cocoa respects the privacy of our customers. All personal information you enter in our database is kept for our own internal mailing list so that you may receive notifications about your account or special promotions being offering. We will not share any information you enter on our website with outside companies or mailing lists.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive containing information about the user.
We place cookies on your hard drive to enable us to remember the items that were in your shopping cart, and to track your first name. No personally identifiable information (other than your first name) is ever stored in a cookie. You can clear the cookies we place by either (a) using the internal settings in your web browser to clear cookies, or (b) clicking the "empty cart" button to remove the cart cookie and click "logout" to remove your first name cookie.
Security
We take every precaution to ensure that your information is protected while you are on ConservatoryCoffeeAndTea.com. No credit card transactions are handled on our site, but are secured through the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and Verisign through PayPal to guarantee the security of your personal information. In addition, your online password adds another layer of security. When shopping on our site, you can also request that we do not save your information. In the highly unlikely case of fraud, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank and place a report. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.
Returns & Replacements
We cannot process exchanges. Coffee and Tea is sold as is.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The Conservatory for Coffee, Tea, and Cocoa accepts payments through PayPal, an accredited online payment center. You may use a credit card for online ordering through PayPal, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, or if you have a PayPal account you may login to send payment. In-store orders may be paid for by check or money orders.
Viewing Orders
To view your previous orders you must have a registered account with us. Log in with your username and password. Select "My Orders" from the left sidebar.
Taxes & Fees
All coffee is tax-free. All other items shipped may be subject to applicable sales tax.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, log in with your username and password. Use the "Edit" links to select the section of information you'd like to update. Once complete, click the "Save' button and you will be returned to your Account Dashboard.
