SCAA Convention Minneapolis 2008, Day Two!

Hi guys! This is Emily.
The past 2 days have been absolutely phenomenal! Hannah and I have been watching the USBC practically 24/7. We are just in awe of actually seeing in person all those baristi that you read/hear about( James Hoffmann, who won the WBC last year,is here)
talents like Heather Perry, Chris Deferio, and I think 4 from Intelli (GO KYLE!!), Phuong Tran,etc,etc. A lot of them,most people would have never heard of unless you're a coffee geek ( like me) OR if you read Barista mag (like me). By the way,any 'Barista' readers out there? I have a stack of the latest issue,but they'll go fast so talk to me when we get back if you want one. I'm not even sure if anyone's reading this.
Anyhooo,the coffee community is so much fun,everyone is so passionate,I just love it!
Maybe tomorrow I'll write out more about the competitors (key word was MAYBE,kay'?!)
