Welcome to the Conservatory for Coffee, Tea, and Cocoa

Now open Saturdays 7am - 6pm!

Conservatory RoasterWelcome to our home away from home! The Conservatory was opened in 1995 with the goal of providing our Culver City community with a "safe place" to escape from the hectic city pace and to enjoy an uncompromising cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa.

From the very beginning we spared no expense when it came to our products. We started with the goal to roast, not burn our coffee in small batches right in the store for patrons to watch and identify with this favorite American staple. Our philosophy meant using more coffee to water than our competition, discarding brewed coffee that sat more than an hour, hand bagging one of our more than 75 loose leaf teas, and even fresh squeezing orange juice to order.

As for customer service, we all know that empty feeling one gets when service is poor or nonexistent, that's why when you walk through our doors we try to give you the attention you deserve. We want you to feel special, like you are part of the family.

Welcome...to our family.
